Meet the team
The Strand team have a fantastic environment in the office and are always on the end of the telephone to give you a professional, efficient and friendly response to your enquiry.
The team are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring they continue to provide a high quality service to all their clients and candidates. They take extra time to make sure they recruit the right staff and nothing is too much trouble for them to do in order to deliver the best service to both staff and clients

Catherine Mills– Operations Manager
Catherine is the registered manager of the Strand Nurses Bureau. She is not only responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the office, but also ensures that Strand Nurses Bureau's clients and agency staff recieve a high standard of care and service. Catherine is committed to continually improving the level of service the Strand Nurses Bureau offers, by developing new business and maintaining existing relationships.
Yasmin Stuart - Clinical Nurse Manager
As Strand Nurses Bureau's clinical lead, Yasmin is responsible for the implementation of new care packages. In addition she manages the Quality Assurance, Risk Assessment reviews and Spot Check supervision visits for all clients.
Patricia Joannides – Homecare Team Leader
Patricia is responsible for the supplying of Healthcare Assistant staff to private clients in their own homes. Patricia manages the Client Service and Support Services teams to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to all staff and clients.
Natarsha Aprile– Clinical Support Consultant
Natarsha supports the Clinical Nurse Manager and Strand's Home Care Team. She regularly vists clients and performs spot checks.
Alex Guy and Danielle Venter – Homecare Consultants
Alex and Danielle supply nurses and carers to clients in their own homes.
Phil Collins - Hospital/Practice Nurse Consultant
Phil is responsible for matching the staffing requirements of the many London hospitals and practices that rely on Strand for their agency provision.
Leejo Parokkaran and Donald Macauley – Support Services Consultants
Leejo and Donald are responsible for interviewing Healthcare Assistants and supporting compliancy training.
Esabel Chitate - Office Administrator
Esabel is responsible for all clerical functions relating to the office and supporting staff in day to day running of the business.
Michelle Porter – Payroll Administrator
Michelle is responsible for processing timesheets and will be able to help you with any payroll queries.
