As part of our service, and to ensure we have the correct equipment to delivery your care appropriately, we will help you source the equipment required to undertake each care need, from dressings through to larger equipment to modify your home such as hoists, handrails or commodes.
Items required will be specified when our nurse visits to undertake your assessment and care plan, before your care begins.
